PHILOSOPHY

REMEDIAL MASSAGE

LOMI LOMI  MASSAGE

Remedial massage is used to locate and repair damaged areas of the body and speed up the body’s own healing processes.

Remedial massage aims to trace the original reason for the pain, tackling both the cause of the problem and the symptoms

Lomi Lomi is the Hawaiian word for the massage. This is a healing system and is especially beneficial for releasing emotional blockages or for speeding up recovery.

A truely wonderful and transformation experience!

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

MYOFASCIAL CUPPING

Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.

This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue.

If you have ever seen the marks that myofascial cupping leaves on a person’s skin, you might expect it to hurt. But, this treatment is most often pleasant and as enjoyable as a regular massage.

You can expect cupping to feel like gentle suction, pulling away tension, tightness, and pain from your body.

HOT STONE MASSAGE

REFLEXOLOGY

A hot stone massage is used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body.

During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body. The stones are usually made of basalt, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat.

Reflexology is a form of complementary therapy which, through the massage of the feet, aims to promote wellness in other areas of the body, Modern reflexology is based on the principle that the foot has `reflex' points that correspond to the various structures and organs throughout the body.
